You may not access NewHere using automated means — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts — without our express written permission. This applies to both the web app and the Supabase API.
Legitimate use of the public post pages by search engines (Google, Bing) is permitted and intentional.
You retain full ownership of content you post on NewHere. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and make publicly accessible that content within the Service and on public-facing pages (including search-indexed post pages at newhere.space). This licence ends when you delete your content or account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice.
NewHere uses two AI services:
NewHere includes affiliate links to third-party services including Wise and Remitly. If you sign up or transact through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
The NewHere name, logo, branding, design, and all original content produced by NewHere (including AI-generated community guides and auto-posted questions) are the property of Jaskaran Singh / NewHere and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the licence in Section 6.
NewHere is built on mutual help and respect. We expect all users to:
NewHere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on the platform is accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaskaran Singh and NewHere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on community-provided or AI-generated information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your own account at any time directly from the app via the Profile page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
